Blake Tillery, a Republican state senator from Georgia, has been sharing updates on social media about his campaign for lieutenant governor, highlighting stops and support during his kickoff tour.

On August 11, 2025, Tillery posted a message of appreciation after an event in Perry: “Huge thanks to Perry for joining us at our 3rd stop on the #TilleryForLtGov kickoff tour! Your energy and support are fueling our campaign—let’s keep the momentum going!”

Later that day, he commented on another campaign stop: “Stop #4: Albany was AMAZING! Thanks to everyone who showed up to support our campaign for a brighter future. Your energy fuels us! #TilleryForLtGov” (August 11, 2025).

In the evening, Tillery thanked supporters in Columbus: “Columbus, you showed up BIG! Grateful for old friends and new faces at our #TilleryForLtGov kickoff. Let’s keep the momentum going—together, we’re unstoppable!” (August 11, 2025).

Tillery has served as a member of the Georgia State Senate since 2017 representing the state’s 19th Senate District after succeeding Tommie Williams.
