City of Patterson issued the following announcement on Dec. 13
The City of Patterson was awarded funds through Caltran’s ATP Cycle 4 grant program to design a City-Wide Active Transportation Master Plan. The purpose of this project is to identify pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure deficiencies within the City. The master plan will focus on non-motorized forms of travel, identify challenges to current non-motorized networks, and propose solutions that will promote the use of pedestrian and bicycle facilities.
Connectivity of bicycle and pedestrian facilities remains a significant challenge. It is the City’s goal to actively solicit and encourage stakeholders’ participation in the development of the City-Wide Active Transportation Plan. Therefore, we would like to invite you to participate in our public review period from December 14 – January 14, 2022. All comments are welcomed and encouraged.
