Irwin County High school will host "ONE DAY ONLY" Free Athletic Screenings on campus at ICHS, Wed. May 4 for present 6th grade - 11th grade athletes. Physical forms are in Middle and High School Offices, Weight/Workout Room, or see your coach. Parents/Guardians must fill out forms and SIGN SIGNATURE. These Physical Screenings will be good through the end of next school year May 2023.
Athletic Physical Screenings are a mandatory regulation of Georgia High School Association. We greatly appreciate ALL our local doctors, nurses, and volunteers that make this event possible.
