There were 641 Hispanic students enrolled in Jeff Davis County school in the 2022-23 school year, 1.4% more than the previous year, according to reports from the Georgia Department of Education.

Data showed that Jeff Davis County welcomed 2,864 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 22.4% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the county.

Among the four schools in Jeff Davis County, Jeff Davis High School recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 193 students.

As of 2024, Georgia has an average student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 1:15, which is better than the national average of 1:16. The state has its best student-to-teacher ratio of 14:1 in pre-kindergarten and middle school grades, while high school has an average ratio of 17:1.
