Broxton-Mary Hayes Elementary School recently issued the following announcement.
Coffee Regional Medical Center will be offering the Pfizer Vaccination for individuals age 12 and older on two of our campuses July 29 and 30. On Thursday, July 29, the vaccination will be given on the campus of Coffee High School and on Friday, July 30 it will be given on the George Washington Carver Freshman Campus. Vaccines will be given from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM on each date.
See the links below for a vaccine fact sheet and a consent form that needs to be completed prior to visiting the site, if possible. If not, you may complete the form once you arrive. Photo IDs and masks are required. Please allow at least 30 minutes to complete the process.
