Bacon County High School issued the following announcement on Sept. 28.
BCHS is proud to launch a new program this school year. It is called Raider Way Career Visits and the program has two goals: to recognize BCHS students who are reaching for success and to raise awareness of career opportunities in the Bacon County community. Each month twenty-four BCHS students are selected by the teachers for this recognition and each group will have a different career visit.
For the month of August, due to high COVID rates, the selected students in this picture remained on campus and were treated to a meal and gave input to BCHS initiatives for the future. We are hoping to resume normal Raider Way visits for the month of September.
