Brantley County School District Education: 3,162 students were enrolled in 2022-23 school year

There were 3,162 students enrolled in Brantley County School District in the 2022-23 school year, 0.2% less than the previous year, according to reports from the Georgia Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 52% of them were male, and 48% were female.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, representing 90% of the Brantley County School District's total enrollment.

Brantley County School District roughly covers seven schools within Brantley County and has a main office in Nahunta.

Among the seven schools in Brantley County School District, Brantley County High School recorded the highest enrollment of 888 students in the 2022-23 school year.

Chronic absenteeism in Georgia has declined from its 2022 peak of 25%, but it still remains above pre-pandemic levels (11.8%). In 2024, about 20.7% of all students in the state missed 10% or more of their classes.
